56 minutes and 21 seconds in, you’ll hear my audio account of the Minneapolis City Council’s hearings on a proposal for a pilot program to deploy drones as first responders in north Minneapolis (where I live). As one might expect in a city that’s become something of a punching bag for militarized policing in recent years, the comment session gets a little heated.
